This session creates alignment quickly and often informs broader advisory or decision-support work.

ABOUT THE PERSPECTIVE

I’m a management consultant who helps leadership teams navigate growth, go-to-market change, and AI adoption when the answers aren’t obvious and the cost of waiting is real.


I bring more than two decades of experience across professional services, enterprise technology, and executive leadership — including roles as a CFO and Director of IT.


That experience means I’ve worked on both sides of high-stakes decisions: advising leadership teams and owning the outcomes inside the organization. I understand how strategy, technology, and execution collide once decisions move from slides into operations.


I’m often brought in when decisions sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, financial impact, and risk — and leaders need a clear, defensible path forward before committing capital or contracts.
